    Hi all,

Does anyone know if you can have any cod liver/star flower oil on SS? Probably not as they are oil but wanted to check if anyone else knows of anything you can take for your joints xx

Don't know for sure - probably best to check with your CWPC and get her/him to email head office if she/he doesn't know.

But I'd say (and this is just my personal opinion) carry on taking them - presuming you mean capsules?

Yes, they contain oil - but it can't be much. A 525 mg capsule of cod liver oil provides approximately 5 calories and a 1050 mg capsule approximately 10 calories. At a guess, there'd be the same number of calories in the Starflower oil capsule. That's not going to make a whole lot of difference to your weight loss - well, so long as you're aren't taking dozens of them a day. :)

I was going to text my CDC and ask, just not at this time of night. Iv started going on a 3 mile brisk walk every other day with my OH every other day and feel my hip clicking.... not nice!

    Thanks for the advice xx
