Hi everyone,
I'm rather new to this, and slimming world - so bare with me!

I love love love my Skinny Vanilla Latte's (sugar free) from Starbucks.

If I use my mile as my HEA - does this have a sin value?

Thanking you all in advance.

I think it depends, it's difficult to tell with drinks like this. The syrup would be free since there's no sugar in it but you can only use 350ml of semi-skimmed milk as your HEA. Therefore, if the drink has more than this in it, you'd have to syn the excess but it's difficult to know how much they put in since it's not measured.

I've checked the SW website and it says that a tall, skinny latte from Starbucks is 5 syns, which would probably be the same if you added sugar free syrup. It doesn't have a HEA allowance against it though. (A medium is 6.5 syns and a large is 8.5 syns).
