Total Solution Coke Zero and Water Allowance

Hi guys,

Im a newbie and am starting on exante tomorrow. I have been reading through some of the posts and have a question.

Do you count Coke Zero/Dr Pepper Zero as part of your daily water allowance or as extra?

As part of it. I count all my fluid intake towards my daily total

I drink a lot anyway so the odd can of Coke Zero doesn't really make much difference to my total intake.

I count it as extra, but I try not to drink too much of it anyway! So it seems from the posts above that you can do whichever you want! Probably best not to make your entire water allowance coke zero though

I would count it as part of the total as well.

I used to love Coke Zero, and Dr Pepper Zero too.

I was delighted when I thought I could drink them on Exante, but the further I have gone on, the less and less I want to drink them.
I almost always just drink water now, which is weird as I didn't used to drink that much water

I bought the water flavourings which at the start last week tasted lovely. I normally detest plain water and always have cordial - I've found that after nearly a week on Exante, I'm beginning to prefer plain water! I have one can of coke zero a day but would't be fussed if I didn't have it.
