What's the allowance for coke zero on sole source? Is it even allowed at all?.. Think this will be my saviour on this diet - especially as there's no milk allowance for coffees!

I was told its 1 can a day - but my ex consultant recommended once now and again - I think she says that though because coke zero seems to make you incredibly hungry. I had two days of having coke zero and then gave it up because the hunger was unbearable! If it helps you though , then it's not too much of a problem, just still go easy on it x

I've also been told its one a day, but for me personally i've cut out ALL fizzy/sugary drinks for 23 weeks now. Just water for me
