Cold and flu relief

I don't usually take anything for a cold but my throat was quite sore today and I had to do a bit of talking. So I had some lockets the honey and lemon ones I had about 4 during the day does any one know how many syns that would be? Cheers all x

Whole tube is 8 syns. So divide 8 by however many are in the packet.

I had this last week and to be honest, I decided not to syn medicines. I was ill and I needed them! I still lost a pound

I think throat lozenges usually work out between 0.5-1 syn each. Not 100% sure on the lockets ones though, sorry!

Thanks guys, I've syned for the whole packet then when I have the rest over the weekend I won't have to worry about how many syns I have had.
