I made it twice last week. I sliced up some cabbage and grated a carrot then I
a) added some VLF Yoghurt and a pinch of mustard powder and version b :

b)Mixed it with a tbsp of horseradish sauce

Both were nice, I got the recipes from various SW magazines.

I usually use the very low fat hellmans mayo and syn it. 1/2 syn for a level tablespoon.

I use a tub of mandarin mullerlight and 2 tbs hellmans extra light mixed well with salt and pepper - you get a huge bowl with this for 1 syn or you could use 1/2 amounts for less.
