I guess many of us are watching this now.
I feel quite sick and appalled at myself, firstly overeating to the extent I have, then paying someone £66 a week to put me right.
There are so many starving, poor and sick people in this world, thro no fault of their own and yet I ate myself into this state.
It just feels so very wrong.
