coming back (trying intermittent fasting).

Hi, I have dabbled in this form in the past, but am coming back to it as I have made a commitment to myself to try intermittent fasting from now until the end of the year. My plan is to stick to 500 calories per day for 2 or 3 days per week (keeping it a bit flexible to hopefully increase the chances I can stick to it even when unpredictable things happen). I am looking forward to having some community support even where people are trying different plans, as I think I struggle as much with universal processes attached to weightloss (like staying consistent, being persistent, coping with other peoples comments, believing it will actually happen...!) as I do with sticking to a specific plan. I look forward to hopefully making friends with some of you :)
