Coming 'home' to cambridge !

Ok , Ive been here and there on this site last few months trying to find the right 'diet' for me ,nothing is working, as i keep being drawn back to cd as my solution to my weight problems.

Ive decided im coming home to cambridge! I am going to be doing sole source+ .

cant wait to get back on track in the new year ;-)

Hey Jo Jo I remember you - We always end up coming back dont we?

Ive had many failed restarts this last 12 months but me and my best mate are restarting on 2nd Jan. She needs a stone off to start IVF and I need to get to goal and get about 6 1/2 stone off so lets buddy up again

how are you doin ok I hope. Ive done my restart starting today. got my weeks supply from my cdc yesterday. Ive had my 3 shakes just need to get my water down me which is proving difficult today.
