Completely Lacking Motivation


Hi Guys,

So I'm down 15lbs and doing OK but feeling completely unmotivated :cry:. Just wondered what people do to keep themselves on track. Trying to think of things that make me happy to reward myself with but food has always been a reward but don't want to use that anymore.
Would putting gold stars on a chart be a little immature? :p

Maybe you need a general pick-me-up, not just a diet related reward. What cheers you up? :) Talking with a friend on the phone? Going out and doing something fun? How about coming up with a creative project?

I think we do better and achieve more when we're feeling cheery and positive in general, and our motivation sags when our general mood slips.

I hope you come up with something that will boost your mood and your motivation. :hug99:
