Hi Guys,
So I'm down 15lbs and doing OK but feeling completely unmotivated :cry:. Just wondered what people do to keep themselves on track. Trying to think of things that make me happy to reward myself with but food has always been a reward but don't want to use that anymore.
Would putting gold stars on a chart be a little immature?
Hoping responses to this might also help anyone else out there struggling atm xx
