confused about summer berry flavour drink???

hi, my cambridge consultant told me i can drink as much berry flavour as i wanted and that it was calorie free, but i have read in the book to only have once a day and also online it says dont have in the 1st 2 weeks on the diet??? could some one please tell me what the correct answer is xx
 
the water flavours contain citric acid, which can hinder ketosis. so to be on the safe side, one teaspoon a day, and only when you're firmly in ketosis. be wary though - they make me cfuriously hungry for about a day and a half after having them... some people are more sensitive to things than others.
