Confused by Red, Green & Extra Easy!!!

Hi there!

Just joined :) Starting Slimming World tomorrow and have been reading up on it today. I know there are 3 plans and I decided I would try Extra Easy. What I dont understand is should I be having a certain amount of EE, Red and Green days a week? I dont understand do I stick to the EE plan every day? Sorry if Im being stupid.

Totally unrelated but could someone also advise on how you add a profile picture lol!!

You can do whichever plan you want to do. SW usually recommend that you do Extra Easy, but you don't have to.

You can do different plans on different days, if it won't confuse you(!), but once you have started you have to stick to the same plan that day.
