Tesco Pink Lemonade - No added sugars is 5 cals per 250ml.

I have been classing this as free. However, I've just looked in the book and online and it says it's 6 syns. Surely this can't be so?

It's not a "diet" drink but is no added sugar.

What say you guys??

I think its because it is just that - no added sugar. There was natural sugars there to begin with, they just havent added any more (if this makes sense?) Lol

That's true, it says there are naturally occurring sugars of 0.4g per 250ml but it's still only 5 cals per 250ml so how can it be so many syns? Even if I drank the whole 2 litre bottle it would be 40 calories so 2 syns.
Now I'm even more confuddled.....

Lol...me too! Maybe one to ask your Consultant Hun..she will ask Head Office why this is.

It doesn't seem to be doing you any harm...!

i wouldn worry it's forty calories if you put in muller lights it gives em syns too XXXXX it's free
