aamw is either:
100g cottage cheese
50g chicken or turkey breast
80g white fish
80g quorn
60g soft tofu or 120g firm tofu

PLUS 2 table spoons of veg

sorry ss+ or 810 plans not in my book?

BUT 790 is either:
250g plain cottage cheese (5% fat)
325g reduced fat cottage cheese
175g chicken or turkey breast
275g white fish
260g tuna in water
190g fresh tuna steak
276g quorn pieces/mince

PLUS 3 tablespoons of veg :

I have an AAMW coming up in a couple of weeks. I am currently following SS (step 1A) so will my AAMW be SS+ (step 1B) or 810 (step 2)?
Hello ppl,

Just checked my Cambridge book and the AAMW after SS week 12 is the 810 one. Hope that helps!!:)

Jax is spot on! After your SS AAM is 810 not SS+.

Just re read that & it is a good job you all know the jargon as it looks like gobbledygook (sp?)

you have your 3 or 4 shakes sopu a day and add food , someone put the list above ,you do this for a week then go back to ss if you need . the 880 and 1000plan s are when your moving up thru the plans and reaching your goal weight
