hi all, i have a friend thats also on the cambridge diet and has been for around 8 weeks, 2 weeks ago she went on holiday and ate normally in evening, even having a cream tea, in that week she lost 6.5lbs, the following week she was back on soul source and lost another 4.5lbs. my losses are gettin lower each week and ive been 100%, how can this happen? maybe i need a metabolism boost? what can i do to increase losses a little? :(:confused:

I know I just chatted before to you . but it probs is because your friend is heavier . 2 stone is a fair amount heavier.
I know its frustrating when things like that happen. but your doing fab.. keep up the good work its still coming off . x

Thing is there is always someone who seems to be doing better, getting better losses etc....
What i would alos say is that you only have her word for what she ate.. maybe she low carbed her way through it...
Some people don't tell the whole truth and its a mystery why they sometimes strech the truth...
But even if she did eat well all week... it doesnt matter as your journey is yours .. and you are doing great....
we are never happy with our losses.. we usually want a bit extra off....

Dont worry about her losses your losses are whats important, you are doing very well indeed, and your losses look good, stay focused as you have less to loose this is bound to happen, it will come off.
