hi all, i have a friend thats also on the cambridge diet and has been for around 8 weeks, 2 weeks ago she went on holiday and ate normally in evening, even having a cream tea, in that week she lost 6.5lbs, the following week she was back on soul source and lost another 4.5lbs. my losses are gettin lower each week and ive been 100%, how can this happen? maybe i need a metabolism boost? what can i do to increase losses a little?
