Hello,
Sorry if im being stupid but I'm sure I'm right in thinking that you can only have something if it contains less than 5g fat per 100g? On page 312 of the alli diet book it gives an example of a cereal bar and says it has 8g fat per 100g but only 2g of fat in the bar so it's ok to eat, is this right?! Confused :\

Hi, you can't eat the bar.

don't look at per bar, or per portion. you have to go by the 100gs.

eg.. fat in 100gs 3.5gs pr bar 8gs.thats ok

fat in 100gs = 8gs pr bar 10gs..no, thats not good.

the same applies to liquids, like hot chocolate..just think of fluid oz as grams.

:D

The Alli diet plan works slightly different....if you go by the book.....

even with Xenical websites they differ between 5g fat per 100g and 10g fat per 100g

as long as your not going over your fat allowance on Alli you will be fine.....:)
