Ha my title makes me feel like Elvis! :D. Anyways after a fair stint away from the diet due to ill health and finances i am thinking of coming back. I tried WW in the break but after losing 5 lbs im kind of stuck. Thing is last time i did ss and this was too much for me so was wondering what people think of ss+ and if this would be a better option.

    All opinions wanted.

I'm doing ss+ you lose around 12lb a month on it (if you stick to it lol at my stats!)

I was doing 4 packs a day, but have moved to 3 packs and the green and white meal bit as it fits in better for me around my family

good luck if you come back x
