Avnt been to bog for 4 days feel sooooo bloated...got Duclax so will try that, grrrrrrrr
 
Have you been having veggies?? Plenty water?? Extra fibre?? I use benifibre .. s&s do their own fibre supplement tho

Oat bran added to porridge helps also, or some ladies add in one crispbread

Sure the experts be along :)
 
Yeah I've had my veg....it's getting me down as feel so bloated....I'll have to buy some fibre clear. X
 
I suffered really badly when I did Cambridge.

Now I'm on s&s, I'm having 2 psyllium husk tablets a day, plus the veg allowance and it seems to be doing the trick.

You need to have a 'clear out' first though or the husks will make things worse.

Hope you get sorted, it's not nice!
 
Holy crap...literally, took one tablet last night of "very light relief from constipation" haha been on the bog 6 times today....oh well problem solved hahaha
