Continous procrastination!!?

    Why do I continue to procrastinate ? I'm sick of it. I have gone from oh start tomorrow. Don't need a consultant. I have an eating disorder. After the party. After I stay at my sis. Every excuse in the world.
    I have a spin party on 29/12 which I want to look smoking hot for. I have long enough to lose my desired weight of 119 lbs Which is 36 weeks. What's wrong with me? :(

    Please I welcome any advice. Please xx

    This could have been me (several times) don't know what words of wisdom to offer, except if you don't start soon chances are you will gain more weight and have more to lose. The warm weather is coming and think of all the nice clothes you could be wearing then. Perhaps set a mini goal as December seems so far away.

    It took me a few attempts, but at the moment my head is in the zone and the weight is coming off - just hope it stays there.
