Step 1 Sole Source Contraceptive pill & slower weight loss

I have been 'off' the pill for ages & felt good. However, new boyfriend so started it again taking the first one last night.

This morning I woke up more bloated feeling than usual & feeling 'full' all day!

Do you think this is a coincidence or anyone else have issues with pill & weightless? Thanks

No coincidence. It's the hormones in the pill that can do that. It can also make loosing weight a bit harder too.

Thanks for the reply. Oh no, not sure what to do now as hate feeling bloated & definitely don't want anything slowing weight loss down
