    Does anyone know of any good cook books that are low fat and low cal ??

    Hiya - I don't know of any cookbooks as such, I tend to search online for recipes and then when I find ones I like, I print them off and keep them in plastic wallets in a ringbinder. That way I have recipes that I love and the plastic wallets protect them from getting food all over them! I do the same with recipes in magazines etc, cut them out and put them in there xx

    you'll get thousands of recipes online, google low fat or healthy recipes, see what that turns up. i used to get order books from my library and copy the ones i liked.
