Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

Hello all :)

It was so cold at 6.30am but it warmed up slowly over here. Had an ok day at work and all went as planned.
Looks like I'll be missing wi on Thursday as at court. I did book the week as a holiday when I bought my countdown but I did hope it'd be cancelled but no such luck as yet so it'll be next week unless I get some good news tomorrow!

Food wise today has been an SE day:-

B = overnight oats (15g) pot, banana, satsuma, berries

L = spicy butternut squash soup (0.5), carrots, 1tsp caramelised onion houmous (1?), fruit salad, yogurt

S = banana, space raiders (3) latte

D = pollock inspiration (0.5), butternut squash, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts, corn on the cob.

Total syns = 10
Hex a = milk
Hex b = oats & hi fi bar

Nice food today. I've one portion of soup left for tomorrow, your suppose to get 4 portions out of the mix but I only got 3 small ones. I'd buy it again though :)

Food sounds good, what was the pollock like, I'm not too sure if I've tried it x

It was really nice, very tasty fish and it didn't shrink that much at all to say its cooked from frozen. I think you can also get them in Thai coconut or something like that. Worth a try Michelle :) x

Good afternoon :)

Another day done and have to say it was a good day today in work. Not weighing in tomorrow due to working out of force but still continuing as if I am ready for next week. Tempted to do a scale hop tomorrow before work but I'll see how I feel in the morning.

Food wise it's been another SE day. I've done an extra one as we've so much fruit and salad in seems a shame to waste it

B = porridge, fruit salad (berries, grapes, melon, pineapple, mango)

S = banana, satsuma & boiled egg, 1/2 a freddo (2)

L = spicy butternut squash soup, 1/2 gala melon, ryvita minis

D = jacket cheese & beans, huge salad, sprouts.

A = graze lemon poppy cake (4), 1/2 gala melon, yogurt.

Total syns = 6
Hex a = cheese / milk
Hex b = porridge / ryvita

Also I spotted a lovely little chair whilst on duty, right up my street. It's in need of restoration but I love it, I just hope my sister & Brett can sort it for me. Pics will follow xx

Aww that's a shame Jen. I'm glad I remembered to book the date in when u bought my countdown but I thought I might be cancelled. Never mind. Good luck for wi you'll do fab your food has been top all week :)

Thank you I'm going to cream it up, sand the feet & get some hessian for the bottom bit. Then once we've decided on the colour decoration scheme for the house, cover it in a matching colour. My sister reckons it'd cost £150 new whoa? Bargain of the year for me then ha ha xx

Ooh it's been a long day but home now and just had tea which was yummy. One more day off before the weekend ~ yay!

Today's food is EE:-

B = boiled egg, 1/2 honeydew melon

S = fruit salad, yogurt

L = vegetable soup, overnight oats pot (2.5), satsuma & yogurt

D = lamb & vegetable tagine (lamb, carrots, turnip, swede, celery, onion, tomatoes, spinach, bns) I forgot to add the chick peas though. Served with bulgar wheat, spinach leaves & tomatoes really nice :) bite of naan (2.5)

Need to eat more I know and defo need to drop out the biscuits but I do love them, going to buy some rolled oats tomorrow.

Hi Lucy

Good luck with your SW journey.

I have been looking at your diary, and agree you need to eat more. You have had barely any superfree food (fruit and veg), which you need to fill you up. SW recommend at least 1/3 of your plate full with superfree foods for most of your meals, as it is filling but dense. So for example with your brekki you could have had mushrooms tomatoes onions etc.

If your using cashew nuts as your healthy extra B choice you can have 12.
Your choccy biscuits are anywhere between 3 and 5.5 each depending on brand, the WW milk ones are 2.5.
You have had milk in your latte which could have come out of your healthy extra A allowance but 1 cup is not a full allowance.
Your french onion soup could be as high as 15 syns depending on brand if it was creamed and how big the can was.


You may find it easier to do something like I do and write down what you had for your healthy extras first
then brekki
lunch
dinner/tea
Drinks
Snacks
Syns

If your a member of SW online you can get all your syn values and healthy extra information from there.

Anyone on minis will be happy to help if your stuck x
 
Omg 15 for french onion soup !!!! There was me thinking I was being healthy as it was creamy and was 180 for whole can. Going to farmers market tomorrow so will buy some veg for weekend. Having tuna steaks for dinner tomorrow and going to make a SW salsa to go with them. Mmmmmm then have parties over weekend which will be a challenge!!!! Bought my ww watches sausages though for BBQ and will take chicken breast and can't go wrong really, with a big old salad.
So need to get my head round healthy extras - what do most people have as healthy extras?....
 
Prepared breakie, 100g of low fat yogurt and sweetener granules and vanilla essence and lots of blueberries.....1 syn
Going to brighton for lunch, god knows what to have but hope fully find something

Hi there is a thread called what do you use your healthy extras on in the sw healthy extra part. It's good to have you here your very welcome however if you are writing your food diary every day it may be best if you set up your own thread as at the moment you are writing on cookies diary. Good luck with your journey
