I have a recipe for cheesy vegetable gnocchi bake that uses creme fraiche - I was thinking I would be able to substitute 0% greek yogurt for the creme fraiche but I'm a bit worried it might split when I bake it! Does anyone know if it does cook well or not?

Thank you!

Corn flour blender to it then it shouldn't split but you would have to SYN the added corn flour
Another option would be to use ricotta as your healthy B and if you are sharing then could double the amount as you would only be having half of the amount made or keep for the next day!

Perfect thank you - never thought of cornflour!! I just google it quickly and the good food site says to use half a teaspoon, so I reckon half a syn isn't bad value! I'm using my HEA on the cheese and on the top - hope it works out ok as I love gnocchi but not had it since I started SW!
