Hi everyone, hope you are surviving the cold weather ok!
My colleague has joined WW with me to spur me on to loe my last stone (I have lost 7 with cambridge) but she dosnt really have a lot to lose, and I was wondering if it was possible to maintin weight by following the core plan, as what we both want to do is up the health quotient of our daily diets and this seems like a perfect plan. I know you get 21 points per week when losing, but is there any guidance for maintainers? I would have 17 a day to lose and 22 to maintain, she would have 26 to maintain - does that make any difference?
