I have made this for a taster night tonight and would be very grateful if you lovely girlies could check out the syn value for me. I dont know what it would be on green as Ive never done it ... can you help me please?

Have in sandwiches, with Couscous on Jacket Potatoes or with Salad etc, very versatile

2 Poached Chicken breast(s) make sure they are moist when cooked
1 Muller light Apricot Yogurt - Free
1 Muller light Peach Yogurt - Free
2 level tbsp Hellman’s Extra Extra Light Mayo (0.5 syns per 1 level tbsp)
1 tsp Curry powder – Free (use more if you like it spicier)
1 level tbsp Mango Chutney – 1.5 syns per level tbsp
You can add a little cut up apricot or peach into very small dice if you like and add this in or grated apple is nice too - Free

Play with ratios to find the taste and texture you like best.

Mix the yogurt with the mayo and then mix in the curry powder really well.
Add your chicken, once completely cooled, cut up into small bite sized chunks, and mix all together with the fruit if you are using it so completely coated. Its best left in the fridge overnight to let the flavour develop but can be used straight away too if you like

Total 2.5 syns for the whole lot on EE and Original

Hi Carole, the syn value on Green depends on how much chicken is used. I often do Green days and use chicken as a healthy extra B choice - you can have 113g (raw weight) which is about a chicken breast (although not a massive one!).

Your coronation chicken could use the HEB of chicken if it was split between two people, then it would cost 1.5 syns plus a HEB, but if they are average sized chicken breasts and one person ate the lot and had to syn it (because they didn't have a spare HEB) then on Green it could be as much as 14.5 syns (12 syns for two chicken breasts plus the 2.5 for the mayo & mango chutney).

Sounds like a lovely recipe though!

Glad I helped. It does sound delish - I might try making it for lunch at the weekend with jacket potatoes. I tend to have EE days at the weekend as it fits in better with cooking for my husband and little one.
