Today I went into Costa with a friend. She had a hot drink which I didn't really feel like having so I thought to heck with it I'll have a small (skinny) salted caramel frostino with a coffee shot, thinking it would be made with ice cream or something... Then while drinking it I thought I'd look up the nutritional info and had to download that tedious list. I was so surprised it was only 72 calories. And it was like drinking a milkshake. Even though it was a small I couldn't finish it.
Am I missing something? It can't be under 100 calories? Can it? God I sound like I'm advertising Costa. Sorry.
