    Hello

Can i ask if any low fat cottage cheese is free?

I remember buying the tesco low fat cottage cheese (0.9g fat every 60g in a 300g tub - which i just used in my quiche :) ) So just checking if its still okay as i cant find a fat free, or very low fat version at the moment

    Heya

yes most cottage cheese is free, the ones with pineapple and sweet chilli tend not to be tho. Just a thought, but I was researching cottage cheeses on the sw website (as you do!) and discovered that the value ranges (asda and tesco) are also syn free and cheaper, they also have lower fat content than their more expensive low fat branded ranges!! I tend to go for the value option and add my own flavourings if needed.
