Hi all I'm currently on step 2 of CD having lost 81.5lbs. I'm 14lbs off goal and really now want to start improving my fitness. I'm keen to do the couch 2 5k programme and just wondering how others feel running whilst on CD. As step 2 is still a very low amount of calories.
Any help would be great
