Could do with some words of wisdom..

aww hun im so sorry your feeling down, its really not like you, you always give amazingly positive posts ...
just try and take each day as it comes try not to think how long you will take to get to your goal because believe me it will go quicker than you think,, i have my 7th wi on tues and i cant believe iv been on it 7 weeks.
just get through it day by day and try and set yourself mini goals to aim for instead of the end result... although you`l reach it before you know it .. hope your soon feeling better and back to your happy positive self soon xxx
