could really dither for England

    have about 140 lbs to lose and really cant decide which way to go for. have tried lcd several times get sssssooooo hungry at work then grab anything on way home:break_diet:
    leaning towards low fat ,cal controlled am dreadful at organising
    anybody with this mountain to lose do RC??? need all the encouragement I can get:wave_cry::17729:

    Hey Mazie, I have that amount to lose too but I'm doing a vlcd.

    I did lose over 4stone last year on Xenical though, it's not a miracle pill but it stops your body absorbing a certian amount of fat so it pretty much forces you to stick to a very low fat diet. I found it really easy and could eat really yummy stuff.

    I've never done RC.

    No you don't after a few days you go into ketosis and your hunger goes

    I am on Slimming World it may not be the fastest but it works for me, you need to find what works for you and stick at it xx

    But you'll find the rate the scales are going down makes it a heck of a lot easier to struggle through ;)

    Hi Mazie, I'm not sure what RC is but I tried a few diets until I found Atkins, and that suited me, I tried CD as well, but wimp that I am I couldn't stick to it :(

    PLEASE join us on Atkins. It's the best diet out there, I suppose I have to add 'in my opinion' to the end of that but if you read Gary Taubes' book and understand how weight is gained and lost it's the best diet out there!
