you can have 5 light laughing cows as a HEB now and as HEA I think reading between the lines of some other posts - they go a long way I find! I often have 2 for lunch alongside whatever else I may be having, and then shove 3 into a chicken breast, wrap it with parma ham if I am on a red day - yum

i'd like to know how many cowbelle lights we can have too, as they are half the price of lc's! Anyone help please?

which I dont think is the triangles?
