Thought I would start a diary to remind myself to keep going! I like many have been on loads of diets, last year I lost 2.5 stone on Weight watchers but it was a struggle! I have always had issues with food but lately it has been binge eating and comfort foods. To be honest I have always mocked people on food replacement diets and I only started this due to a good offer and last desperate attempt to ditch these pounds for good! Why haven't I done it before!!? I have lost 11lbs in the first two weeks and will weigh in later for week 3 results. I feel really good and it has been so nice not having to stress and worry about what to eat. Just not having to think about food has been great. Don't get me wrong, it is not easy I have two children and a husband who I cook lovely meals for but I enjoy cooking for them now and it is not so much of a chore which is odd. I am also a Youth worker and cook a lot with young people, I do miss sharing the food with them but they don't notice which is good. I originally said I would only do this for 6 weeks but I think I might continue, I have a holiday in June for my 30th birthday and I do not want to be fat for it!!! Good luck everyone!
