had a good sleep today, also managed 2 shakes and a bar,
tonight i am going to the cinema and a chinese, so will have to just order some chicken i think with veg,

chinese last night went well, i just ordered some noodles with veg and just ate the veg,
film was good too, sad my friend had to leave half way through as her doggy is in a bad way, she insisted on making me stay for the film which i couldnt really relax then knowing she was upset, but she wouldnt let me go with her.
stomach is still a bit fragile i am now wondering wether or not i had a bug and just took the laxatives on top of it????

it was the best marigold hotel, or something like that, just a slow, comfy movie, it wasnt what we wanted to see, we wanted to see wanderlust but it started to early, but was ok, have got a night out sat too anothber chinese for my friends 30th, then another next weds in the mexican, i didnt realise how often i go out its a nightmare, although i was in company of my friend who lives atkins, she is a size 8, i am back in the zone so nothing could have swayed me. also my 3 friends were like oh you have lost sooo much weight you look fab and i hadnt told them i was dieting, its great when we dont see each other for a few weeks, its going to be a fortnight next when one of them is doing the reading half marathon, so hopefully i have gone down a bit more then.

am just escorting daughter to work as she been getting hassle off not just the dick but his girlfriends too, they really need to get a life... we are off shopping for a cabin to get built in the garden for her so she has her own space here and my eldest daughter is coming to stay at the end of the m onth for a week, get to see my grandson too, i cant wait its all good.

busy day, went shopping with my friend, and hadnt had a thing so at 2pm went and bought an atkins bar, had a cafe latte shake at 3.30pm and just had my cottage pie, i need to fit another shake in somewhere but dont think i can tonight.
