Thanks, it really was the best, now lets see if life does begin at 40,
I was spoilt rotten all weekend so it was a good start hehe, we had meal in French brasserie sat, then on to club, meal at mum in laws yesterday, I got a lush tanzanite necklace I had been coveting for months in the village jewellers, bubbly more jewellery, euros to spend on my break next week, and the most thoughtful present that made me cry was my neighbour had embroidered a big sampler for my 40th with a sparkley tinker bell on and framed it, it is beautiful.

So today i am so hoping my order arrives as i hate the red fruits and strawberry shakes amazing they all i got left, i am hoping to get 7 lb off before the 4th may now for benidorm i should be able to do it as this will be my first week back on in 2 weeks so hopefully the first one will be a bit bigger than usual, i have got on the scales this morning and the 4lb i put on whilst away, i have lost 3 of, even whilst going off plan although everything i eat goes through me in half hr at the mo, ( sorry if too much info) apparently its the crohns) so bro g back on shakes suits me fine.

I wore a dress clubbing with heels and ta dahhhhh no tights thats a big thing for me as i always concious of my legs, i did get a lit of compliments so maybe the small amount i have lost is showing now.

Yes my order arrived so back on 100% from today, no messing
got eye hospital with son today so no chance of eating the chocolate brownies one of my friends baked for me, she bakes the best ones in the world, I did have one Sunday the rest are going to be distributed or I will be scoffing, even the crumbs,

hooray for my delivery being here, i am actually enjoying and looking forward to my shakes now isntead of looking hoping i may have missed one i like and then thinking i could just have a ham sandwich.
i took son to eye hospital today and in the way back to school i missed the bus so though i would have a peek in tescos to get him a snack, bad move by the till packets and packets of cadburys chocs all 99p, i so nearly picked one up pretending to myself the kids might want one, when really i wanted them. so got my sugar free polos and left, feel a but smug now especiall coming home and having a hot vanilla caramel shake flipping scrummie, now i am happy with all of my scrummie shakes i can feel the wobbly moments wont be so bad.

So today I have had:

today started well, had my original oats for breakfast then went to my friends to meet up with some other friends, what i didnt know was that it was a belated birthday surprise and there was no way my well meaning ones would let me get out of having a cupcake, although i really did try (honestly) am so annoyed and i know they meant it kindly by buying them so today is ruined and now have to start afresh again tomnorrow, i have a meal out in Henley tonight am not sure where we are going but first a boutique is having a preview so am going to go to that first, maybe that will spur me on as most of them only go up to a size 14, which is still too tight for me. now for a shake as i am hungry and need something, damn cupcakes!!!

Last night ended up being a success, the boutiqe was gorgeous I actually tried a dress on a lovely maxi gypsy style but from behind it showed all of my lumps a d bumps, its a good thing my friends are honest, one of them found a scrummy turquoise patent bag which if I had seen first it would have been mine I am hoping she will agree to let me buy a share lol,
Went to one if the local pubs and had a chicken salad I didn't feel so bad as my other friend whose doing ww had the same a d it was quite delicious, ahem 2 vodka and tonics were taken but never mind was great evening.

Am just going to have a hot vanilla and caramel shake, I absolutely love this flavour am looking forward to it.
