aw thanks steff, yes they are selling so people must like them, and i love to paint them.
i have been napping this afternoon my back was killing me so i took a painkiller and had a lay down, wow they were strong they dont usually affect me like that.
i really have to go to the post office to post some packages so am scoffing my bar now that will take my mind off any sweeties up there, then to get son from athletics, whats the betting it poors down as soon as i head out of the door,
daughter has a friend around and has asked for macaroni cheese, that will be a toughie to do as i love it, am going to stick with the cottage pie i pulled out of the box earlier though, have to be strong need to get in ketosis so badly.

hey stef have been awol haha, no have just been mega busy, fri i had an early night, sat i went into town to get some bits i should have eaten before i went as i started to feel a bit faint in boots, so did horrors and bought a twirl?? a sodding twirl, then all i had sat night was a piece of bacon and a few drinks as we went out for a friends birthday, luckily i feel ok today it wasnt the best brainwave i have ever had. good night though lol.
today i had my usual chicken and veg for lunch and for tea i have had 2 boiled eggs, i just couldnt stomach the shakes today for some reason but will be back on them tomorrow, the scales show 14.10 today so am happy with that.

Yes the joy of s&s is definately the rapid losses. So those scales will defo drop by Friday.

Years ago I did sw and I would save my sins for a twirl bar every day lol miss chocoholic here lol. But I'm getting to the point I can take or leave chocolate strange possibly the stint on s&s changed my taste buds ???
