Countdown begins

The Summers seem to come and go way to quickly. I can't believe how well your doing you seem really focussed.

I've not been out today either.
 
I am doing my best to be focused....I would love loses like yours but I seem to be a 2/3lbs person a week. Which I am not complaining about as long as the pounds are coming off.

Your doing soo FAB love your consistent losses.
 
DAY 40...doesn't feel like it

Its been a chilled out day at home with telly. It been raining today so not been out. Good thing we had our bbq yesterday I don't think we will be having anymore ops.

With it being a chilled out day my 1st pack was lunch...lol

Lunch: Spag Bol ( I add some salt and chill powder) Like it a lot more to the spicy spag bol

Late Afternoon: Strawberry Shake made with 150ml semi-skimmed milk allowance....very tasty...

Dinner: 200g of salad lettuce, cucumber, olives with 100g cottage cheese.

Evening Snack: 1/2 a muesli bar...still to have

Hope everyone has had a nice weekend and doing well on their SnS journey :)

Breakfast: Red Fruits Shake

Lunch: Chicken Soup

Dinner: 30g cottage cheese, 1 boiled egg, 100g butternut & 100 white cabbage.

So I was going to have a salad but the change of weather I think salads are not an everyday thing. WIll have top squeeze in some more salads this week as that what I have in stock...cant be wasting food

WEIGHED IN BRIGHT AND EARLY

WEEK 6 and -3lbs. I have accepted that the figure I should espect each week from by body...I am very happy with that.

23lbs in 6weeks not possible if I was not doing this....

1lbs away from 2stone :)

Here I come week 7

DAY 42

Breakfast: Mint Choc Shake

Mid Morning snack: Cuppa Tea

Lunch: Vanilla Shake

Late Afternoon: Cuppa Tea

Dinner: 100g chicken, 200g salad

I will admit my chicken was not chicken breast, but a thigh which was skin less and grilled dry

Evening Snack: Red fruits Shake...still to have

Used my milk allowance in my teas..Water intake done too :)

Been a good day and feel great after my weigh in...looking forward to next Tues

Lunch: Chicken Curry Noodle Soup

Dinner: 1egg with peppers and oil made into a omelette with 170g of butternut & 50g cottage chz

Water intake done and feeling good....My skin is soo good too
