I am doing my best to be focused....I would love loses like yours but I seem to be a 2/3lbs person a week. Which I am not complaining about as long as the pounds are coming off.
Its been a chilled out day at home with telly. It been raining today so not been out. Good thing we had our bbq yesterday I don't think we will be having anymore ops.
With it being a chilled out day my 1st pack was lunch...lol
Lunch: Spag Bol ( I add some salt and chill powder) Like it a lot more to the spicy spag bol
Late Afternoon: Strawberry Shake made with 150ml semi-skimmed milk allowance....very tasty...
Dinner: 200g of salad lettuce, cucumber, olives with 100g cottage cheese.
Evening Snack: 1/2 a muesli bar...still to have
Hope everyone has had a nice weekend and doing well on their SnS journey
So I was going to have a salad but the change of weather I think salads are not an everyday thing. WIll have top squeeze in some more salads this week as that what I have in stock...cant be wasting food
