Countdown begins

Its been a couple of busy days for me, with my sis visiting I've been busy taking her on outings.

She left today so I am back to blogging as per usual.

Today is DAY 31,

Feeling good but tired....

30day shred done feeling good.

Cakeordeath....I am doing well still going strong just trying to now incorporated some exercise into my diet :)
 
DAY 31

Breakfast: Vanilla Shake

Lunch: Chocolate Shake

Dinner 85g chicken, 200g veg made of white cabbage and red peppers ( you would think I would be sick of it....loving it :)

Snack: Choc&coconut bar with 150ml glass of semi skimmed milk ( to be had later)

DAY 31

this is soo much easier...not missing anything easier...all is good.

Water intake is a doodle...I don't even think about it...but I know am drink 3+ a day...An is very spread out to.

Breakfast: Banana Shake

Lunch: Caramel Shake with 150ml milk allowance

Dinner: 100g chicken, 200g of yesterdays left over veg...not bored either...luv it

Still to have: Strawberry shake.

Started on my next delivery of SnS and just loving the fact that I ordered stuff I like. I did order the chicken soup to try but all in all I am more a shake and bars person that the hot meals.

3 days to my next weigh in....the week just flies by these days.

I'm not a fan of the hot stuff!! Shakes and bars all the way for me once this box is over x
 
DAY 32

Breakfast: Red Fruits Shake

Snack: Mini babybel light

Lunch: Curry Chicken Noodle Soup ( it was okay better than the thai, but ill be sticking to shakes in future)

Dinner: 80g chicken, 200g veg

Evening Snack: 150ml glass of milk, dark choc coconut bar.. still to have

Water intake easily done if anything am always thirsty..
 
DAY 33

So was busy this morning just sorting few bits and bobs and forgot about breakie...so day started with Soup

Lunch: Chicken Soup ( it was better than I expected. I enjoyed)

However I am more of a sweet tooth...but do have a few to get threw

Its a relaxing day at home today, its raining today so perfect day for a cosy on the couch with loads of telly with hubby before our week resumes :)
 
Late Afternoon: Red Fruit Shakes

Dinner: 1egg, 50g cottage cheese. 200g salad

Evening Snake: Vanilla and Almond bar with a glass of 150ml semi-skimmed milk

Hello, how's your weekend gone.
I've really struggled the past few days not with hunger just food deprivation.
 
Not good to hear your suffering. You've only been having 3shake they say that can push your body into starvation. Have you considered have another shake a day making it four or even the lifestyle plan??


Weekend was good didn't get up to much thou.
 
I have my chicken, egg & veg as throughout the day.

I'll be fine just wanting food I think x

It can be difficult...but no doubt you will over come the thoughts...

Breakfast: Strawberry Shake

Lunch: Chicken Soup

Dinner: Spag bol with Salad

Evening snack: Banana shake made with 150ml semi-skimmed milk

WEIGH IN DAY

- 3lbs :D

Of course I always hope for more but just glas I had a loss after last week :)

4lbs away from 2st...feeling soo good.

Its a great feeling...

I was think of the weight I have lost and I am in awe...going from being in 14s to now being in 12s...It feel great. Feel healthier and in control.
