Counting syns

It’s just a thing I found helped me and I just thought that it might be of use to you ladies.
As we know our daily syn allowance is 15 which is 105 for the week what I found to be helpful was doing a rolling total, some days I may have 11 and another 17 for example and providing I didn’t go over the total amount of syns I was fine and very often I’d find I’d got syns left over at the end of the week (day before weigh in).
Doing it this way I wasn’t beating my self up over having too many syns on a particular day and thinking “oh blow it I’ve ruined it now” it took the pressure off.
I hope you’ve found my post helpful as it certainly helped me and I’ve reached my target weight using this method.

I just can t be doing with those meetings. I find on here is better for me. I tend to eat stuff i ve cooked 90% of the time so it is easy to syn. I think i have about ten a day but its good to keep an eye on it. Weekly makes sense and allows you to go mad occassionallh
