Day 12
Day 12 and feeling more positive / less bored
Been doing WS for a few days now, reasoning below!
Been to the gym and did 30 mins of cardio and then resistance. Last time I went I was too knackered for any resistance training. This, as happened last time, has made me rethink doing TS and I am opting for WS.
I always have had more energy and can get more exercise in with WS so I'm doing this plan now! And I'm much happier 
I wonder how this will affect my losses? I'll keep a track, hopefully it will be a few lbs off TS as Exante say...
