its my birthday so its guna be hard to not stuff my face haha but on day 3 of cd woke up wit swollen tonsils thumping headache, crick in my neck an overall tired ha!!

have jst had my first shake an on my sec litre of water so hopin ill soon feel bettr!!!:sigh:
