Just wondering, how does everyone on here manage cravings? My OH left a cadburys flake on the side for me this morning as he left for work (it's our anniversary) think he must have forgotten slimming world and I decided to put it in the cupboard and have half tonight and half tomorrow (I'd gone over my syns yesterday by 5, so was being careful today!) however 4 minutes into having my breakfast i could hear the bar calling too me!!

And ate it all..for breakfast :sigh:

For me I have NO chocolate or biscuits in the house, apart from minimilks and my mars bar ice creams, as they're in the freezer they're safer there!! However just wondering if anyone would like to share their craving busting tips! I had a craving for a kebab the other night!!

I look at it for 5 minutes & try and work out the syns & what else I could have for those syns! Most of the time I think, nah!! Not worth it. If I don't, then I know I REALLY want it, eat it & syn it.
I think for me it's just abnout figuring out if I want to eat it, or if it's just part of my longstanding habits of 'eat it while it's there' and 'let's just see what's in the cupboard'
