Hi,

I've been looking for zero fat crea cheese but just can't find any - even extra low fat philadelphia isn't zero fat - what are you guys using?

Also - what is quark and what makes are there?

Thanks

There is no such thing a zero cream cheese. at least not in the UK! quark is a strained version of white cheese / fromage frais, there are own-brand versions by Tesco and Sainsbury or 'Goldenacre' brand which so far I have found in Asda, Co-op and Budgens. And the Quark is probably your best bet to 'replace' cream cheese.

Extra light Philly is actually more fat than Sainsbury's own BGTY low-fat cream cheese. And both of them are not allowed in attack and then 30gr per day in Cruise as a tolerated item in case of extreme need ;-)
