What could i use to cream up my mash without using too many syns.
Ive added milk but its not the same.
Im too scared to try fromage frais in case its too sour lol

i love mushed tatts with little milk then i add HA of cheese, leeks and HB bacon or ham (if i have it spare, which i normally do on a green day) then i spread it in a pyrex dish and grill it till it's crispy on top! I find it's a real comfort food and filling too.
omg i used to make this dish it looks disgusting but its soooooooooooo nice and prob about 100 syns per serving
mash pots with loads of cheese, mix in some fried bacon mushrooms and sausage mixed herbs, more cheese on top then pop it in the oven to crisp up omggggggggggggg
