I finally made it and....thankyou so much for this tip it is deliciousssss!!!
I used 2 spoons of Barts madras powder and it is lush!!

I did the same! And when I was having a red day I blitzed cauli & swede up & added some Philly to pretend it was root mash! He never guessed, hehehe!

This has got to be the best curry sauce yet. I do not like cauliflower but the additional flavours and spices hide any taste of cauli and has a lovely creamy texture .

I've not tried it yet but thought of adding low fat coconut yoghurt? Has anyone tried?

I tried this but all I could taste was cauliflower :S Perhaps I used too much cauli and not enough chicken stock. I used one cauli and one stock cube in a litre of water. Blended it and added maykway madras powder - it went a horrible merky green colour!
