I used to have batchelors potato and sauce years ago on slimming world and it was free on green days, then they stopped making it !

I notice in morrisions that they do a similar product now - see title, not tried it yet tho wanted to see how many syns it was.
185kcal
protien - 5.1g
carbs 34.9, sugars 4.3g
fat 2.7g sats 1.2g

Anyone know the answer on all plans? please

if the nutritional information definately includes milk, then yes they may well be free, but I wouldnt assume that they are, because the nutritional information will change when the milk is not added which could bump up the syns instead of lowering them.

When an item has a free food allowance, the syns calculator looks at various nutritional information and doesnt just go on calories. Protein, carbs and total fat are looked at too. But it doesn't mean the lower the calories, carbs, protein and fat the lower the syns. The syns calculator unfortunately doesnt work in that way.

I would double check with the syns hotline to be sure.

Thank you for posting this - I have a few of these in my cupboard, and they are absolutely yum, so even if I make up with water and count 1.5 syns for a half pack serving then I'll be a very happy bunny!
