    has anyone got one? if so which one and are they worth the money?

    I REALLY want to get one as with working hrs i havent got a chance to go gym, and thinking getting on i can do in front of telly etc but i dont want anything way expensive something good value.. maybe with a exercise bike with it also seen some 2 in 1 ones .. any ideas please?

    Hi..
    I have a cross trainer, I tend to do 20mins on it as it can get a tad boring after a while..
    I have found it's giving me results on my legs more than anything, sounds obvious that but wiv it being a cardio workout, im wanting my belly to flatten out so much more..
    I know Argos have a duo bike & x trainer atm for £150 in the sale, quite pricey but I guess that's what a cheap 12mth gym membership would cost..
    Hope this helps a bit

    Mine is purely a cross trainer by Roger Black but I'd def. upgrade to the dual one..
    Just ease urself in if u get one.. There cool
