crumpets...

Hey guys,

Just wondering what you would point crumpets with butter as? I know 2 crumpets is 4 points, but I obviously put butter on, not much just enough to cover it, so what should I point it as in total?

I always count a tea spoon ov low fat butter as 1 point, crumpets r not that big and if uv not put alot on then id jus say 1 point for the butter

So 1 point in total? Or 1 point each? In the past I've never counted it but Im gonna start to, a point is a point at the end of the day

if they r warburtons r 3pp each...and 2 4 5pp.

I love crumpets and they are filling too so a bonus for just 5pp

And yeah they are warburtons, I pointed 2 as 7pp including the butter, just to be on the safe side lol

If you use flora lower cholesterol it's only 1 point for a tablespoon of spread!!!! Then a dash of marmite for no points! Nom nom nom x
