Im going to start excersise 12th july speed up weight loss and tone x
 
My consultant told me I need to behave like an athlete and do an hour of exercise a day, even if it is in 10 minute bursts at a time....I am thinking about it and will start tomorrow lol. I do walk a lot more, but I guess that is cardio, so need to rethink it lol
 
I am doing 30 minutes on the bike a day and 20 minutes on the home gym. I did take it easy to start off with and gradually increased the time.
